Terms of Service

3.1 Third-Party AI Models: Our service utilizes advanced third-party AI models including:

• Anthropic Claude: For story text generation
• Leonardo AI & OpenAI DALL-E: For image generation
• ElevenLabs: For audio/voice generation
• FFmpeg: For video processing and generation

3.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI models are continuously evolving technologies. While we strive to provide high-quality outputs, we cannot guarantee that AI-generated content will be:

• 100% accurate, appropriate, or error-free
• Perfectly aligned with your expectations or prompts
• Free from inconsistencies, artifacts, or imperfections
• Suitable for all purposes or audiences
• Consistent across multiple generations

3.3 Limitation of Control: We have NO DIRECT CONTROL over the underlying AI models provided by third-party services. The quality, behavior, and outputs of these models are determined by their respective providers (Anthropic, Leonardo AI, OpenAI, ElevenLabs). We act solely as an intermediary platform connecting users to these AI services.

3.4 User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing all AI-generated content before use
• Verifying the appropriateness and accuracy of generated stories, images, audio, and videos
• Ensuring content meets your specific requirements and standards
• Making any necessary edits or modifications to generated content
• Compliance with applicable laws when using generated content

3.5 No Liability for AI Outputs: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR:

• Quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI-generated content
• Any errors, inconsistencies, or imperfections in generated stories, images, audio, or videos
• Failure of AI models to produce expected or desired results
• Any harm, loss, or damage resulting from use of AI-generated content
• Changes or degradation in AI model performance over time
• Service interruptions due to third-party AI provider issues

4.1 Credit System: Our service uses a credit-based system. Each story generation consumes credits based on complexity (approximately 50 credits per 5-page story).

4.2 Subscriptions: Monthly and annual subscription plans provide recurring credits. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

4.3 Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and exclude applicable GST, which will be added at checkout.

4.4 No Refunds for AI Quality: Credits are consumed when AI generation requests are processed, regardless of output quality. We do not provide refunds if you are unsatisfied with AI-generated content quality, as this is beyond our control.

4.5 Changes to Credit Consumption and Pricing: We may, at our sole discretion, update or modify (a) the number of credits required for any action in the product (including but not limited to story generation, image generation, audio generation, video generation, exports and related features), and (b) the pricing of subscription plans and credit packs. Any such changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated via our website, in-product notices, or email. Your continued use of the service after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated credit consumption rules and pricing.

5.1 Your Content: You retain all rights to the stories you create using our service. You may use them for personal or commercial purposes.

5.2 AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI is provided "as is." While you own the output, we cannot guarantee uniqueness or copyright protection.

5.3 No Guarantee of Uniqueness: AI models may generate similar content for different users. We do not guarantee that your generated content is unique or has not been generated for other users with similar prompts.

5.4 Third-Party IP Rights: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. We are not liable for any IP infringement claims arising from your use of generated content.

6.1 Formats: You can download your stories as PDF, ePub, or video files.

6.2 Usage: Downloaded content is for your personal or commercial use. You may not resell access to our service or claim our technology as your own.

8.1 Service "AS IS": Our service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.2 Maximum Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from AI-generated content quality or appropriateness
• Service interruptions, errors, or unavailability
• Third-party AI provider failures or changes

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
